Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Reports To: Workplace Experience Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to support day-to-day office operations at our Fort Lauderdale location. This role is responsible for maintaining a productive, safe, and welcoming work environment while assisting with administrative support, facilities coordination, vendor management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily office operations including reception duties, mail/package handling, and vendor communications
Manage access control, security systems, and workplace safety processes
Support space planning, furniture inventory, and hoteling/reservation systems
Oversee office supplies, kitchen inventory, and janitorial needs
Assist with planning and executing onsite meetings, events, and training sessions
Submit and track facility work requests and ensure timely resolution
Partner with Workplace Experience Manager and Facilities Coordinator on office improvements
Maintain facility-related documentation and internal site content
Support COVID-19 safety procedures and sustainability programs
Provide emergency support as needed and assist in office communications
Fill in for other team members during PTO or absences
Perform other administrative or special project tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Administrator, Receptionist, or similar role
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a sense of ownership and ability to multitask under pressure
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in facilities coordination or working with senior leadership
Work Environment:
This position requires regular onsite presence, some physical tasks (lifting/moving items), and flexibility for occasional after-hours emergency response.
