Hammer Media is a brand that represents Caleb Hammer and his YouTube Channels.

Amassing over 2 million subscribers and nearly 3 billion views in 3 years, our hit show Financial Audit is one of the fastest growing channels on the internet.

Our mission is to provide financial education to everyone and we do that through our various YouTube channels and our educational products and softwares.

As we grow, we’re looking for an people director with experience scaling and HR team from the ground up. As a fast growing company, you’ll have a chance to bring on some of the key hires that’ll be the future of the business. And develop the policies and procedures that allow us to grow the business and the people inside of it.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle recruitment of new employees. From recruiting to offer letters.

Administer payroll and manage all employee benefits programs.

Create and update internal HR policies.

Maintain employee records and file and track documentation.

Plan team building initiatives such as group trips and after work activities.

Identify development opportunities and coordinate team training and coaching.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with our hiring teams.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in an HR or People Ops role, preferably at a startup or small business.

Experience scaling an HR team.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws

Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Hands on experience administering payroll and benefits.

A passion for team building.

$100,000 - $150,000
