Presentation Specialist

PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION IS 3RD SHIFT

Presentation Associate (with a graphic design flare) to sit fully onsite for an afternoon-night shift. On a day-to-day basis, they will receive work and instructions from clients according to site procedures. They will need to work with bankers to create pitch books presentations and additional documents using MS office Suites. They will work heavily in PowerPoint and Excel to edit slides and pitch books. This person needs to be able to perform reprographic tasks as requested with little or no supervision.

1-2+ years of experience as a Presentation Associate/Designer

Heavy experience working in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Suites

Knowledge of Adobe Suites (Illustrator is a plus)

Creative and Imaginative background

Experience working with bankers or clients (need to be able to handle them)

Finance Industry

Experience creating pitch books

Graphics/infographic creation
