Job Title: Logistics Technician

Reports to: Logistics Supervisor

Position: Night Shift

Purpose:

The Logistics Tech provides support in the loading/unloading of trucks and material handling functions to support production.

General Duties:

Safe operation of forklift activity.

Unloading of material from vendors.

Putting away material to appropriate departments.

Picking/scanning/loading of customer orders.

Material handling of FG material from production area to warehouse.

Perform inventory counts.

Maintain 5S activity in warehouseSkills:

Strong verbal and written communication.

Excellent problem solving and time management.

Ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment.

Ability to work with minimal supervision when required.Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Prior experience working in a multi-cultural company is preferred.

Experience in automotive sector is preferred.
