The Business Process Analyst will play a critical role in supporting executive-level projects by providing expertise in change management, business process development, business re-engineering, and performance measurement. This role requires superior writing, editing, and quality assurance skills to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet government standards and customer requirements. The Business Process Analyst will manage complex projects and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver polished, compliant work products within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and strategic direction for executive-level projects focused on change management, business process development, re-engineering, and performance measurement.

Manage complex projects, ensuring completion within estimated timeframes and resource constraints.

Review and edit work products for completeness, quality, continuity of voice, and adherence to customer requirements and government standards, including accounting principles, internal controls, and multi-tiered system application standards.

Assess interrelationships between financial management requirements and automated business solutions, considering current system environments and potential integrations.

Coordinate tasks among stakeholders, ensuring alignment and high-quality deliverables.

Interpret and apply Government policies, regulations, and directives to project activities as directed by the Project Manager or designee.

Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with executive-level personnel to present findings, recommendations, and project updates.

Utilize iGrafx Business Process Modeling (BPM) software to support business process modeling efforts.

Leverage Microsoft SharePoint tools for collaboration, document management, and workflow optimization.

Ensure continuity of voice and clarity throughout business process models and documentation.

Qualifications:

Education: BA/BS or MA/MS degree.

Experience: 3-10 years of relevant experience in technical editing, quality assurance, or business process modeling.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects with a focus on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Capability to assess and ensure compliance with government and financial management standards.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate interrelationships between financial requirements and automated solutions.

Exceptional attention to detail in delivering polished, high-quality documentation and deliverables.

Skills:

Superior writing, editing, and quality assurance skills with a focus on clarity and continuity.

Proficiency with iGrafx Business Process Modeling (BPM) software.

Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint tools and capabilities.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with executive stakeholders.

Ability to manage high-complexity projects and meet strict deadlines and resource constraints.

Familiarity with government standards, accounting principles, internal controls, and multi-tiered system applications.

Knowledge of Government policies, regulations, and directives is a plus.
