Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis (Chronic & Acute)
Location: Lagrange, GA
Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 8x5 or 4x10 (No 3x12 available)
Weekly hours: 40
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in dialysis nursing (chronic or inpatient acute setting).
Acute RNs may work in hospital settings
Chronic RNs typically work in outpatient clinics on a set schedule.
May involve standing for long periods and lifting equipment/patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and monitor dialysis treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
Conduct pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis assessments, including vital signs, access site checks, and patient evaluations.
Administer prescribed medications and document interventions accurately.
Respond to emergencies and manage acute complications during treatment.
Educate patients and families on dialysis treatment, care plans, and lifestyle adjustments.
Maintain accurate medical records and comply with all regulatory standards (CMS, OSHA, HIPAA).
Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, social workers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Ensure proper maintenance, setup, and disinfection of dialysis machines and related equipment.
Support and mentor dialysis technicians and assist with staff training as needed.
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license of GA or multistate
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in Dialysis
BLS certification required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
