Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise HVAC service and installation teams, ensuring timely completion of jobs while maintaining quality standards.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company objectives.

Oversee customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction levels and efficiently resolving escalated issues.

Assist in budget development and financial management, focusing on expense control and maximizing profitability.

Manage HVAC inventory, service trucks, and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.Required Skills and Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Commercial HVAC.

Master license in HVAC is required.

Willingness to obtain additional master HVAC licenses in other states (company will sponsor).

A master plumbing license is a plus.

High school diploma or GED required; 4+ years of trades managerial/leadership experience preferred.

Proven experience in team leadership, project management, and job costing.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with an emphasis on operational efficiency.

Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet insurance requirements.
