Full-Time Client Services Associate

Targeted Start Date: June 1, 2025

Primary Location: Henrietta, NY

Employment Type: Full Time - In Office Only

Job Level: Non-Exempt

Income: $41,370 to $53,391, with pay scale based on experience and relevant licensing.

Position Summary:

We are a highly regarded and locally owned Financial Advisory office, affiliated with one of the largest broker-dealers in the country, seeking a professional, motivated, and detail-oriented associate to join our team. The Client Service Associate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our service by taking ownership of the client experience through an elevated standard of care. This full-time and in-office role is integral to supporting the service and administrative activities of our client relationships within our financial services practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support: Cultivate and enhance client relationships through proactive communication, processing requests, and ensuring client documentation is current, accurate and processed properly.

Administrative Duties: Coordinate with financial and similar institutions to manage client information, process paperwork, and maintain accurate client records. Handle daily business practices such as telephone coverage and meeting coordination.

Operations Management: Assist in onboarding new clients, manage client accounts, and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.

Task Management: Use technology to improve team efficiency, prioritize tasks, and accomplish responsibilities with minimal oversight.

Education: Use of available resources to continue learning and growing within their role to become a better resource to our client and firm alike.

Communication: Handle client correspondence, including calls, emails, letters, financial statements, and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

Education: College degree required. Industry experience and with the relevant licensing/registrations or willingness to obtain relevant licensing/registrations (Series 7, Series 66, or equivalent) is a plus.

Skills: Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems), excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Attributes: Dependable, high attention to detail, efficient, organized, proactive, with a strong customer service orientation and critical thinking ability and maintains a positive influence on their work environment. This role requires you to be quick to learn and retain knowledge. You must be able to work within a team environment.
