Federal contractor in Chantilly, Virginia looking for an Administrative Assistant . Must be personable and enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills. Must be dependable and comfortable working independently. Duties include greeting visitors and guest, answering phones, maintaining files, assist with Human Resources, assist with preparing proposals, conduct internet research, attend pre bid proposal meetings when needed, maintain employee time and enter bi-weekly payroll electronically, prepare and submit electronic invoices, assist employee with benefit questions/concerns, maintain employee electronic records, and general office duties.
Full-time
