Position Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who excels in professional phone etiquette and formal written communication. This part-time role is critical in maintaining smooth front-end operations and supporting customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls with a calm, courteous, and professional tone

Handle customer inquiries with clarity and patience; direct calls when necessary

Draft and send formal email responses to customers and partners

Maintain accurate logs of calls, emails, and appointments

Assist with scheduling, order follow-ups, and CRM updates

Organize digital records, invoices, and correspondence

Support day-to-day administrative duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in an administrative, customer service, or receptionist role

Excellent phone manners and ability to represent the company professionally

Strong written grammar and formal tone in emails

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic CRM tools (experience with Monday.com is a plus)

High attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization

Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

Must be punctual, dependable, and discreet with confidential informationCompany Description
