Job Description

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Fort Wayne, IN 46818

Duration: 08 Months+

Note:

· Pay Rate: $18/Hr.

• Shift:1st Shift/ 2nd Shift/ 3rd Shift

Job Description:

· Loads, unloads, and operates up to 3 CNC Lathes to produce differential gears meeting customer requirements.

· Uses gauges to measure parts and ensure production of good quality parts.

· Records production numbers into computer database and packs out following given specifications.

Responsibilities:

· Loads/Unloads up to 3 CNC Lathes

· Performs proper inspection of parts using gauges

· Maintains accurate quality and production information

· Operates machinery and perform insert and tooling changes

· Completes offsets on Machines

Requirements:

· Perform mathematical computations

· Use calipers and other basic measuring equipment

· Ability to work effectively with others

· Willingness to work overtime and weekends if required

Education:

· GED or High school diplomaCompany Description
