Inspector, Quality Control

Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Medical device organization in the Portland, OR for a Quality Control Inspector role to assist their team. This is an on-site role.

Title: Quality Control Inspector

Pay Rate: $22-25/hr on W2

Location: Portland, OR

Duration: 9 months contract with possible extension or hiring

Job Description:

a) Related experience in the assembly and/or quality inspection of Class III implantable medical devices, Class II medical devices, or micro-electronics.

b) Minimum 5 years medical device or related assembly/inspection experience.

c) Prior experience working in an air-conditioned, cleanroom manufacturing environment is required.

d) Demonstrated ability to read and understand engineering drawings, inspection instructions that use schematics, diagrams, notes, and layouts.

e) Demonstrated ability to frequently use small hand tools; demonstrated eye-hand coordination and capable of working with small precision devices.

f) Ability to work as an individual contributor within a production team.

g) Demonstrated verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and basic math skills.
