Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities will consist of supporting the Estimating Project Management teams with information collection and documentation. Additional opportunities may exist in our organization for those who are interested in tech, marketing, content development, and sales. This position requires that the candidate can read and understand construction documents and details.

ADMIN:

Answer phone calls, receive deliveries and file paperwork.

Update documentation, training records, and corporate qualifications as needed.

ESTIMATING:

Manage invitations to bid- respond to bid invitations, log and track opportunities, collect bid documents.

Review, process & file bid addendums.

Assist in compiling estimate/proposal documents and packages.

Assist in completing quantity take-off.

Assist in securing material and equipment pricing.

Be knowledgeable in concrete and masonry construction.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

Process/assemble submittals, project documents, closeout and warranty documents.

Process/assemble field project binders and site specific safety binders.

Assist in site-specific safety plans, pre-task plan generation and safety submittals.

Assist with budget development and productivity tracking.

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

Assist with business development, strategy and initiatives.

Assist in MS365 and Procore initiatives, workflow improvement.

Assist in SOP improvement.

Continuous personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

BS in Construction Management or equivalent on the job experience.

Minimum 3 years of estimating & project engineer experience.

Experience in a commercial construction office environment preferred but not required.

Advanced, working experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam & Planswift, &/or Procore.
