Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Position Overview: The Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, project management methodologies, and effective communication skills to coordinate between cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Coordination and Leadership:

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and other technical staff.

Facilitate regular team meetings, provide clear direction, and ensure effective communication.

Foster a collaborative environment and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.

Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.

Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Allocate resources effectively and adjust as necessary to meet project requirements.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Not required skills/knowledge, but preferred:

Agile experience

Knowledge of SAFe practices

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Knowledgeable with Azure, Jira or similar software

Highly proficient communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Comfortable with presenting and working with multiple levels of leadership.Company Description
