Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the development of various architectural projects, from concept to completion.

Analyze project background and summarize understanding of requirements.

Propose design and development plan.

Assist Project Director or Project Manager with project schedule and budget plan; ensure the project is implemented as approved and scheduled; be accountable for design quality and progress; coordinate with the other team members to complete design tasks.

Produce drawings, presentation materials, design reports, and other relevant documents which are required as part of the day-to-day design process and deliverables as per contracts of the assigned projects.

Coordinate design works with other disciplines within RRS Group as well as external consultants and suppliers.

Responsible for proofreading and revision of design materials.

Candidates with more experience are also accountable for client management, team management, project management and complex problem solving of technical issues.

Other tasks assigned by people manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or related majors.

At least 1-2 years’ working experience in conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction design for the projects like mix-used, residential, commercial offices, retail, hospitality and public buildings, proven experience in medium to large scale projects is highly preferred.

Proficient in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketchup, PKPM, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. and management software such as Microsoft Office and Project, Bluebeam, Acrobat, etc.

Good communication skills and team spirit with internal teams and external clients.

Well organized and highly responsive.

Proficient in writing and speaking both Spanish and English.

Portfolio attached is a must.

Qualifications

Good Spoken and written English Skills

Passion for detailing and solving problems.

Experience in BIM/REVIT PROJECTS, good knowledge of Revit and other Autodesk products.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The salary for this role is anticipated to range between $67,000 – $80.000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks.
