Pay Rate: $22-$27/hour

Start Date: Our next onboarding class is set to begin June 2nd, followed by July 14th

Position Summary:

The main responsibility of this role is to ensure the accuracy and compliance of our collections processes. In this position you must possess exceptional analytical skills, a strong attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of collection practices and regulations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits on collections activities to assess management with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Review and verify the accuracy of collection records, documentation, and reports.

Assist management with Identifying areas of improvement in collections processes, policies, and procedures.

Provide suggestions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in collection practices.

Meet monthly goals and objectives.

Monitor phone calls to ensure compliance with company policies governing collection of debts and applicable federal/regulatory guidelines.

Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines and timelines.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Using Microsoft Office tools to create, update, and maintain documents critical to Quality Control.

This position involves regular access to specified personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.

Other duties maybe assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies:

Experience

At least two (2) years collections or auditing experience required

Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines and timelines.

Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to enter data accurately into spread sheets and prepare professional looking documents and reports.

Knowledge of collections processes, regulations, and best practices

Strong understanding of fair debt collection practices and consumer protection laws

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Education – requirements and/or certifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Skills required

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Overtime required - As needed

Must live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX

Physical Requirements:
