A Day in the Life of an Apprentice

Start the day by going over service work and loading the truck for the day's work.

Assist with product deliveries, services, or installations to homes and businesses, while learning efficient service practices.

Support customer interactions and learn how to handle concerns professionally.

Follow safety protocols, reinforced through manager coaching.

Shadow repairs and equipment installs, gaining hands-on experience with manager support.

Assist on larger jobs and team installs, always with guidance nearby.

Learn to care for tools, vehicles, and equipment with help from experienced techs.

Requirements

No degree, experience, or certification is required. Do you enjoy house projects? You are a perfect fit.

Someone who enjoys working with their hands and learning new skills.

Willing to take part in our training to become a skilled service technician.
