Certified Nursing Assistants or Home Health Aides, looking for a great full-time job in Home Care! In need of CNA to cover shifts as a Field Specialist, guaranteed 40 hours a week! Monthly scheduling and short-shift premium pay $22-30/hour. Looking for experienced caregivers with a passion to keep clients happy, healthy, and in their own home. Must have a vehicle for work, valid driver's license and auto insurance, and at least 2 years of personal care experience. Must be comfortable with pets and the possibility to transport clients. Base pay starts at $22/hr with the opportunity for a performance evaluation 90 days after active employment.

Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.

Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.Qualifications:

Current CNA certification.

A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.

A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
