**Job Title: Mill/Lathe** **Machinist**
**Job Description**
Operate Mill/Lathe machining centers to produce aerospace and medical parts. Inspect parts using basic inspection equipment and perform documentation for ISO audits. Handle production runs of 100-500 parts and perform changeovers between Mill/Lathe machines. Monitor machines to ensure tight tolerances and accurate measurements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate one or two Mill/Lathe machining centers.
+ Produce aerospace and medical parts with tight tolerances.
+ Inspect parts using basic inspection equipment.
+ Document processes for ISO audits.
+ Perform changeovers between lathe machines once parts are completed.
+ Monitor machine to ensure accurate measurements.
**Essential Skills**
+ Technical degree and/or 2+ years of professional machining experience.
+ Experience operating CNC Mill/Lathe machines.
+ Ability to inspect own parts and read blueprints.
+ Proficiency in lathe setup and operation.
+ Knowledge of micrometer and caliper manufacturing.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Hardinge IIISP, 42SP, and Fanuc controls.
+ Ability to fully set up machines for runs.
+ Lathe programming and milling skills.
+ Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
