**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and servicing hardware at customer locations, ensuring product issues are reported and resolved efficiently. The Installer will collaborate with technical support and engineering teams, propose solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install hardware at customer locations.

+ Maintain and service installed hardware at customer locations.

+ Report and escalate product issues and ensure resolution.

+ Work with Technical Support and Engineering teams to resolve issues.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to improve installation processes and customer satisfaction.

+ Communicate end-user feedback and issues to appropriate personnel, proposing solutions.

+ Learn on the job in a fast-paced environment.

+ Address field-related challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

+ Maintain open and effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site, providing timely resolutions.

+ Follow installation guidelines, safety procedures, and compliance regulations.

+ Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports and customer feedback.

+ Travel to various job sites as required.

**Essential Skills**

+ Installation and hardware installation experience.

+ Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.

+ Mechanically inclined.

+ Strong customer service skills.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Ability to travel as needed.

+ Possession of a power drill, drill bit extender, Phillips bit, staple gun, and smartphone.

**Work Environment**

This role involves traveling to diverse job sites, with training commencing in Carlstadt, NJ. You'll work with essential tools including a power drill, drill bit extender, Phillips bit, staple gun, and smartphone. **Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract position based out of Carlstadt, New Jersey.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
