Description:

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer who can combine design thinking with a deep understanding of user experience principles to create elegant, intuitive designs for our educational platform. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver design solutions that enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that deliver on functionality and visual appeal.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

- Develop design systems, user personas, and user journey maps to inform and guide design decisions.

- Continuously improve existing UI/UX designs based on user feedback and analytics to optimize the user experience.

- Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy during the implementation phase, providing clear and effective design specifications.

- Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and design tools to ensure company remains at the forefront of design innovation.

- Champion a design-driven culture by advocating for the user and promoting user-centered design principles across the team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design work.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and interaction design.

- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.

- Ability to conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.

- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, though not required.

- Excellent communication skills to present and explain design decisions effectively.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to create clean, pixel-perfect designs.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience designing educational tools or platforms.

- Knowledge of animation principles for interactive elements.

- Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaboration tools like Trello or Asana.

- Ability to conduct A/B testing and analyze design performance metrics.
