Back of House - Restaurant Staff

Job Title: Back of House (BOH) Team Member

Location: Grinnell, Iowa

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00PM - 10:00PM)

Work Days: Tuesday - Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to restaurant standards

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Assist with kitchen prep, line cooking, dishwashing, and closing duties as needed

- Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

- Communicate clearly and respectfully with fellow BOH and Front of House (FOH) staff

- Manage time effectively during high-volume service periods

What We re Looking For:

- A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in culinary operations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Team-oriented attitude with a focus on reliability and responsibility

- Attention to detail and a commitment to consistent food quality

- Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn new skills

- Previous kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but not required
