**Job Summary:**
As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the WLS Flow Products Team, you will lead complex client requests, train staff, and drive project initiatives, ensuring seamless loan servicing operations.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Process line of credit and loan transactions using ACBS and Loan IQ systems.
+ Deliver exceptional customer service, interacting with internal partners and resources.
+ Train new and existing staff, creating training materials for process and system updates.
+ Edit procedures with feedback from Global Loan Servicing Managers.
+ Recommend process improvements for efficiency and customer experience enhancements.
+ Serve as a Subject Matter Expert across multiple loan servicing functions.
+ Create and execute UAT testing scripts across various platforms.
+ Handle medium to complex research and escalation requests.
**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ Existing Grade 450 - Loan Servicing Specialist IV within any WLS Flow team.
+ High productivity and quality performance, ranking in the top 30% of the current team.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Exceptional customer service skills.
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads effectively.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
+ Ability to maintain high performance levels in stressful situations.
