Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Niles, MI. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, including supervising maintenance staff, conducting equipment maintenance, coordinating preventive maintenance programs, and managing maintenance budgets. The role involves troubleshooting issues, ensuring machinery and equipment meet operational standards, and implementing maintenance best practices to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and Maintenance Management experience

Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance procedures

Hands-on experience with Maintenance & Repair tasks

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience in a glass manufacturing environment a plus

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field, or relevant work experience
