My client is an-established solutions provider with offices in S. New Hampshire & Portland, ME

They have an immediate need for a Packaging Systems Integration Manager:

This involves packaging equipment associated with high-purity fluid processing systems for food & beverage, dairy, breweries, personal care (creams, shampoos & other liquids) & bio/pharma market sectors.

Once an end-product is formulated, automated equipment is required to dispense and fill various receptacles, then are transported and packaged in preparation for delivery it to a distributor.

The Systems Integration Manager will lead & coordinate projects, ensuring that packaging solutions are designed & properly installed, and that all processes meet quality standards, as well as budgetary & delivery parameters.

Must be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.

Other duties include:

Packaging Design/Development: Work with clients to assess their needs, design the packaging solution and recommend equipment suppliers

Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans; scope, deliverables & timelines. Coordinate teams (Automation/EE/ME/Procurement) for efficient installation, working with in-house client staff

Cost Management: Create/manage/monitor budgets – track expenses – optimize costs.

Risk Management: Identify / mitigate perceived risks

Collaborate with Clients: Convey project progress senior management and other key stakeholders.

Management: Hire, train develop, and evaluate Packaging Department staff. Develop methods, guidelines & policies to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Skills & Experience:

BSME/related: 5+ years experience with automated packaging and/or related systems, ideally involving liquid processing materials & processes.

Excellent leadership/interpersonal skills.

Microsoft Office/other software.

Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Aware of FDA/GMP/ISO regulations and standards

Availability to travel to locally based clients with some frequency

Salary to $135k - with discretionary bonuses
