Senior Project Manager

Our client has been a leader in El Paso Hospital construction for over 25 years. Local growth and expansion has created an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with design-build experience. In managing all phases of construction, you will be involved from design through first patient. Are you ready to fast track your career with the commitment and resources to get you there? Our client is expanding their El Paso footprint and looking for a senior hospital construction professional to be a part of this growth. This opportunity is an integral member of the leadership team and part of an organizational succession plan. This job is not contingent upon a contract award.

Requirements Include:

Experienced with hospital planning, design and construction.

Ready to lead complex construction projects with a solid team.

A Communicator, working closely with the hospital C-Suite, architects, engineers and contractors.

Track record of leading hospital planning, design, and construction; including budgets and schedules.

Demonstrated knowledge of hospital specific building codes and the ability to work with healthcare staff and patients.

Degreed, preferably in architecture, building construction or civil engineering.

Relocation will be considered.
