Design Engineer

Great opportunity for a Design Engineer to work for a global manufacturing leader located in the York, PA area.

Our client is diversified leader on a global scale specializing in Automotive, RV, and Marine components looking for a Design Engineer to be responsible for the design and testing of HVAC systems and components for commercial and recreational vehicle applications.

Responsibilities

Creating engineering documents including detail assembly drawings, & BOMs.

Working knowledge of manufacturing & assembly processes..

Creating models for coils, sheet metal parts, and plastic molds using 3D SolidWorks.

Creating schematics using 2D SolidWorks.

Performing components and system testing and troubleshooting.

Selecting components to meet applicable specifications/standards.

Revise/improve current products via ECN process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

Proficient in AutoCAD/Solidworks
