Requirements:

Proven experience managing luxury custom home builds.

6-10 years in a management position.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and within budget.

Safety & Quality Control: Enforce safety standards and ensure work meets quality and code requirements.

Team Supervision: Lead and manage construction crews, ensuring safety and policy adherence.

Communication: Act as the main liaison between clients, contractors, and team members.

Problem-Solving: Address on-site issues quickly to keep the project on track.
