Keying configuration parameters into production
Internal partners are all MC employees (will key on the customer's behalf)
Work can be repetitive but there are a variety of configurations
MS Office Suite is required
Technical skills will be trained on the job
Team is procedure/ process heavy
Background: fast paced environment, call-centers, project management, ex-MC, key configuration
SOC1 and SOX controls being used for auditing.
Another CCM employee will manually check on the accuracy of keying
Work is auto-routed into a queue for each employee (this person will do 10 activities per day). Each activity could take 10-45 minutes.
Ticket Management system being used is proprietary to mastercard.
MPS - member parameter system. Will use drop-downs of different values (numbers and letters)
