We are seeking a Construction Operations Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across our Southwest Florida operations. This individual will be responsible for daily project management tasks including estimating, purchasing, subcontracting, and change management. The role bridges both office coordination and field activities, ensuring seamless project delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project estimates, reviewing bid documents and scopes thoroughly

• Coordinate and manage contracts, procurement, and budget compliance

• Lead scheduling and resource planning to align with project timelines

• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

• Drive collaboration between office and field teams throughout the project lifecycle

• Deliver formal presentations and client-facing communications with confidence and professionalism

• Identify and implement project changes in a timely and cost-effective manner

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of construction project management and estimating experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

• Strong proficiency in Procore; experience with Sage is a plus.

• Skilled in scheduling, forecasting, and critical-path planning

• Proven leadership skills and a team-builder mindset

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; client-focused

• Embodies a positive attitude, and presents with professionalism.
