JustinBradley’s client, a leading mortgage financing organization, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to drive the development of high-impact systems and processes across the enterprise. This role is critical in aligning IT strategies with business objectives by leveraging existing assets and delivering efficient, end-to-end technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in enterprise-scale software development and architecture, with strong expertise in modern programming languages, cloud platforms, and system design.
Responsibilities:
Lead assessments of current and target-state processes across business units, delivering scalable software solutions.
Design and implement enterprise-level full-stack applications using Java and Angular 17+, with a stronger focus on front-end (60% front-end, 40% back-end).
Develop and maintain a customer-facing UI for identity management and a supporting backend application.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and technology strategies.
Build and consume backend APIs; deliver end-to-end features from concept to deployment.
Partner with IT and development teams to implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Apply architectural best practices and industry standards to support enterprise-wide systems and process improvements.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in software development with a mix of front-end and back-end expertise.
Strong proficiency in Angular 17+ (expert-level) and Java (solid experience).
Hands-on experience with AWS a must.
Proven experience designing, building, and integrating robust backend APIs to support scalable front-end applications.
Experience delivering customer-facing applications in a full-stack role.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Coding test required during the selection process.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Selenium test automation experience is a plus.
Certifications in cloud platforms, architecture, or development frameworks are desirable.
