Marketing Coordinator

In this role, you will:

You will support the Marketing Director and brokerage team in the following:

Assist in creating high-quality marketing materials, proposals, and presentations

Design brochures, site plans, maps, and digital marketing assets

Manage and maintain online property listings (CoStar, LoopNet, CREXi, Colliers website)

Create email campaigns and social media content

Maintain and grow Colliers Savannah’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X)

Coordinate property photography, signage, and promotional items

Support property tours and client presentations

Organize broker events and networking functions

Prepare sale and lease agreements, requests for proposals, letters of intent, etc.

Coordinate news stories, press releases, property/company advertisements, and market updates with the media

What you'll bring:

1-3+ years of marketing and/or graphic design experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat)

Experience with social media and email marketing platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills

A customer-service mindset and the ability to work independently
