Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality in our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control programs and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Review and approve materials, workmanship, and construction processes.

Identify and resolve quality-related issues in collaboration with project managers and contractors.

Maintain detailed documentation of quality control efforts, including inspection reports and corrective actions.

Train and educate construction personnel on quality control standards and best practices.

Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the construction process.

Prepare reports for upper management on the status of quality control measures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) Certification required.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality control or a related role.

Strong knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.

Certification in additional quality control management programs is a plus.
