Principal Data Analyst

Location: Westlake, TX or Merrimack, NH

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree + 7+ years of data analysis or engineering experience, or

Master’s degree + 5+ years of related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead data/BI projects from requirements gathering to solution delivery

Design and implement dimensional data models

Apply data governance practices using tools like Power Designer, Collibra, and Alation

Leverage DevOps technologies and agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira, Jira Align)

Analyze data using SQL/Python and wrangle insights from complex datasets

Work with Snowflake cloud data warehouse (SnowPro certification a plus)

Communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Collaborate across multi-functional teams and recommend optimal solutions

Cultivate relationships and deliver business value through effective communication and presentations

Experience with enterprise data systems and data lifecycle management

Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date on data analytics innovations
