TTC is looking for a Project Manager / Action Officer to drive and lead projects in an agile, fast-paced environment. This position requires management of project resources, develop project plans, and tracks progress related to Government organization's computer systems, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), network segments, intranets, and other data communication systems. Furthermore, they should identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Our team supports HQ ACC A6 activities.

Description

The ideal candidate will develop work products and deliverables to support task managers in driving tactical outputs for the implementation of Zero Trust capabilities across the Department of the Air Force. Our candidate choice will be an organized critical thinker with strong product development skills who is able to navigate working with a wide set of expectations in a team setting. Additionally, this individual will have the responsibility of responding to action items within their task area workstream and will be expected to provide thoughtful insight to bolster deliverables.

Skills & Experience:

Holds an active DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred experience with ZT/IT/Cyber/Networks and/or the DoD (USAF Preferred)

Experience working in an Agile work environment.

Build and maintain JIRA projects, filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and fields.

Experience in Microsoft Suite for developing work products and deliverables.

Ability to drive tactical outputs for IT implementation.

Organized critical thinking skills.

Strong product development skills

Ability to navigate asks and expectations from multiple teammates.

Strong collaboration skills

Ability to provide thoughtful insight to improve work products.

Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply.

Perspective candidates must be open to facilitating our technical interview process for new hires to ensure a strong fit for both the position and team culture.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience in DoD environment demonstrating project management network/system and implementation expertise in the maintenance and modernization of network infrastructure.

Documented Project Management experience demonstrating in-depth familiarity with DoD acquisition, activities and processes.

Two (2) years’ experience in the preparation and support of various program office meetings, to include US Government-internal meetings, case meetings, design reviews, program assessment reviews, interface control working groups, technical interchange meetings, and case reviews.

Required Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

Technical degree in related field.

8 years of exp in IT related project management and/or cyber operations.

Working knowledge of JIRA project management.

Experience in effective communication and collaborating in a high-performance team environment.

Working knowledge of Risk Management Framework, Common Criteria, and System Security Policy as they relate to assessments and authorization.

Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to travel CONUS.
