Project Manager

MEDiAHEAD is looking for a production manager to oversee the digital printing process, from initial design and planning to final production and distribution.

Ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Scheduling:

Developing and implementing production schedules.

Ensuring timely delivery of all print projects.

Managing workflows to maximize efficiency.

Quality Control:

Ensuring print products meet high quality standards, including color, sharpness, and overall appearance.

Conducting quality checks at various stages of the printing process.

Budget Management:

Monitoring project costs and ensuring they stay within budget.

Preparing cost analyses.

Vendor Management:

Working with vendors to secure the best prices and quality.

Ensuring vendors meet deadlines and quality standards.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

A keen eye for detail.
