CAD Designer

We’re seeking a skilled CAD Designer with experience in land development to join a collaborative civil engineering team. This role involves preparing detailed construction drawings and supporting design efforts for residential, commercial, and municipal site development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce site layout, grading, drainage, utility, and roadway plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Support engineers with plan production and revisions throughout project phases.

Ensure drawings meet local jurisdictional requirements and internal QA/QC standards.

Assist with construction document preparation and permit submittals.

Coordinate with team members to deliver high-quality, on-time work.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in civil drafting/design, preferably in land development.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.

Working knowledge of site grading, utilities, stormwater, and roadway design.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Associate degree or relevant technical certification preferred.
