Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Project Manager with a background in operations to lead a company-wide initiative focused on building structured processes and streamlined workflows across all departments. Key Responsibilities
Partner with department heads to understand current workflows, needs, and challenges
Audit and evaluate existing practices to identify inconsistencies and operational inefficiencies
Build and implement standardized processes and systems tailored to each department’s needs while driving company-wide alignment
Develop documentation, templates, and process maps that ensure repeatable, scalable procedures
Facilitate training and communication to support adoption and compliance across teams
Serve as the central operational point person for cross-functional workflow integration and process consistency
Regularly review and refine workflows based on feedback and evolving business needs
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement, ideally in a cross-functional setting
Strong background in setting up systems and operational frameworks from scratch
Proven ability to work across diverse departments with varying priorities and workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable leading meetings and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Highly organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented
Experience with documentation tools, project management platforms, and workflow mapping a plus
