Digital Content & Web Operations Specialist for a 9-month contract position to support the website migration efforts within our Digital and Performance Marketing team. This position will be based in Murrysville, PA, and requires in-office presence for three days per week, with the ability to work from home two days per week. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, coupled with a background in content management, web operations, and digital processes. The role will focus on supporting content migration, tracking page statuses, copywriting (leveraging existing content) and ensuring legal and regulatory approvals are met. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact digital project for a global leader in healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Copywriting & Content Creation: In partnership with our marketing communications team, write, edit, and proofread web content to ensure it aligns with the brands voice and meets the needs of our target audience.
Content Migration: Support the migration of content from the old website to the new platform by mapping existing content to new page templates and navigation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a strong user journey for all of our audiences.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with legal, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure that all web content meets necessary approval processes, standards and requirements.
Page Tracking & Reporting: Track the status of web pages during the migration process, providing updates to key stakeholders and flagging any issues that need attention.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with cross-functional teams (marketing, legal, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth migration, timely approvals, and effective communication throughout the project.
Web Operations Support: Provide operational support throughout the website migration process, ensuring all aspects of the site meet both functional and performance standards.
Required Qualifications:
Proven writing experience with additional content management or web operations expertise, preference given to experience with content management during a website migration. Strong writing and communications skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy in a highly regulated environment.
Experience managing legal and regulatory approvals in a digital content context.
Familiarity with web operations, content management systems (CMS), and website migration processes.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to track progress, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare or medical device industries.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements specific to digital content in healthcare.
Experience with Monday.com a plus
