Quality Control Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

Perform incoming inspections on components, labels, tooling, and subassemblies using various precision tools (calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, etc.)

Execute inspections on rework, advanced components, and quality protocols

Ensure inspections and documentation comply with Good Documentation Practices

Identify and report non-conforming materials; initiate NCRs and follow containment/disposition procedures

Maintain accurate inspection records and meet daily priorities

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

2-3+ years of QC experience in a regulated environment (FDA QSR, ISO 13485, etc.)

Class 2/Class 3 Medical device experience preferred - Catheter experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Proficiency with inspection tools and basic computer applications (Word, Excel)

Experience with tensile/torque testing and cleanroom procedures preferred
