Position-Maximo Technical Support
Location: Cincinnati-Onsite
Duration: 6+ months
Experience to provide Technical Support & Consultancy Services
Hands on experience working in all Maximo Modules
MAXIMO integration experience.
Set up site and users in Maximo
Develop Integration Mapping Requirements, Technical Specifications and Use Cases
Experience in Conversion of data into Maximo system
Experience in Code changes/enhancements to any third-party systems including Maximo
Experience in Testing activities of third party applications including Maximo Handheld testing and resolving customer issues and complaints
"Must have hands-on experience working on MAXIMO
Experience to provide Technical Support & Consultancy Services
Extensive hands-on experience developing, installing, and customizing IBM Maximo 7.6.1.2; MIF, Migration manager
Ability to create workflows within the IBM Maximo application;
BM Maximo Professional V 7.X with ability to develop, design, implements projects
Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Eagerness to mentor junior team members
Proficient use of Power Point presentation tool, and MS office tools.
Proven writing skills for mass communication
Ability to document use cases, requirements and relevant technical documentation.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of six sigma is added advantage
