Title: Pipeline Engineer
Role Overview:
This position is for Integrity Management Engineers focused on asset and risk management of gas distribution pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and track asset management programs and projects
Oversee plan performance and execution
Develop plans that optimize safety and affordability
Monitor and communicate project updates
Analyze cost performance and make recommendations on cost-saving initiatives
Evaluate health of pipeline assets (Distribution Asset Management)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Required
Experience:
Preferably 5+ years (open to candidates with fewer years)
Experience in Project Management within the Gas/Utility Industry
Experience with Project Controls, Program Management
Strong analytical skills; ability to understand and evaluate data collection
Knowledge of gas utility and field operations – essential
Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills
Power BI experience (dashboard creation, visualizations) – preferred, a strong plus
Utility industry experience is required (gas preferred; open to electricity or water background)
