This group is responsible for the design, development, test, and innovation of camera hardware for all related company products. Our target is to deliver superior camera hardware to enable best-in-class camera user experience.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy individual who can help us with tomorrow’s challenges.
Major responsibilities:
Evaluate new camera technology robustness to RF noise.
Build up and own RF susceptibility characterization methodology and SOP.
Define electromagnetic validation plan and test cases for camera sub-system, modules and components.
Conduct EM characterization, measure thresholds for failure modes, analyze image data, and provide feedback to design team for design improvements.
Interact with x-functional teams for in-system integration and performance test (e.g de-sense, co-existence) failure analysis and solution implementation.
Key Qualifications:
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or industrial experience equivalent.
2+ years relevant experience.
Familiarity with embedded systems and related RF/coexistence challenges.
Great EE fundamentals and excellent problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with EE test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, etc.)
Experience with scripting languages, Python or MATLAB, for instrumentation automation and data collection/analysis.
Knowledge of high-speed interfaces (e.g. MIPI, LVDS, DisplayPort), power supplies (Linear & switching), and their relationships to de-sense / co-existence.
Capable of managing multiple projects in parallel.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Preferred skillset
Knowledge of image sensors and camera module hardware
Cellular/Wireless awareness: 5G, LTE, BT, Wi-Fi, UWB, NFC, etc.
Knowledge of CST or Ansys EM simulation tools
Proficient user of AutoCAD & Cadence
