HAI Robotics is seeking a Jr. Software Solution Architect skilled in warehouse automation who understands the agile mindset, various systems (AGV, ACR, AMR), and DevOps philosophies. You will be the subject matter expert on the different functionalities and services offered in HAIQ (software packages). We're looking for a technical expert for one of the most promising robotic companies in the world; if you possess that rare mix of depth in Hands-on Implementation, Solution Design, Testing, and Systems Engineering, then we are waiting for your application.
HAI Robotics has a fast-paced environment where we “Work Hard, Have Fun, Make History.” On a “typical” day, our Solution Architect might deep dive into designing and implementing warehouse automation solutions, testing, and project management. Leading technical discussions internally and externally with clients pending to the design, deployment, utilization, and algorithms of the software product and deployment environment. You will also spend time consulting with the top engineers at HAI Robotics, or discussing radical new approaches to solve customer challenges. Communication is a massive part of who you are and what you'll bring with you. You'll deliver key metrics and project reports to stakeholders from the Sales, Software, and Implementation teams within the US and globally.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior solution architects to analyze client requirements and understand their business processes.
Work closely with business analysts to gather and document detailed functional and technical specifications for software solutions.
Design scalable and efficient software architectures based on industry best practices and standards.
Create architectural designs, solution blueprints, and technical documentation for software development projects.
Assist in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure software solutions' successful implementation and integration.
Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure software applications' performance, reliability, and security.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software development and share knowledge with the team.
Support business development activities by participating in client meetings, providing technical expertise, and contributing to proposals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience level is graduate to 2 years experience
Previous experience as a Solution Architect or Business Analyst in software development is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development methodologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Familiarity with software development frameworks and platforms (e.g., Spring, .NET, Node.js, Django).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
Certifications in software development, architecture, or related fields are a plus.
Understanding of industrial automation and operations, such as AGVs, Shuttle Systems, KIVA robots
Fluency in English, with experience working with external and internal clients and on multiple sides of the project delivery lifecycle (pre-sales, post-sales, etc.)
Speaking Chinese is an advantage but not mandatory
Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
