Title- Call Center Representative
Location- 8-14 37th Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101
Duration-6 + Months contract with possibility of extension
Education:
Minimum: HS Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. All Foreign education at any level must be certified by the US Department of Education. Please have the agencies confirm that the certifications are done.
Work experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Customer Service environment, utilizing phone and computer literacy to interact with customers in a high pace setting. Data entry experience and a minimum of 25 wpm typing skills, open availability to work shift schedules at any given time from 6am to 12am.
Shifts are as follows: 6am-2pm, 6:30am-2:30pm, 7am-3pm,7:30am-3:30pm, 8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm,9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm and 4pm-12am.
Training requirements – All candidates selected as a result of the interview process must attend training for the position for a two (2) week period without absence.
