Job Description

The Treasury Relationship Manager's primary focus will be the acquisition of new business as well as management of an existing portfolio of customers. Must also ensure efficient day-to-day treasury operations and be responsible with deposit operations for all Cash Management products and services and Treasury Projects.

The Treasury Relationship Manager role acts as a concierge for all client needs and is well-versed with access to varying product suites such as: Treasury Services and Commercial Lending. The Treasury Relationship Manager must consistently network in the community, cultivate centers of influence, work with existing customers and partners to expand relationships, and conduct direct prospecting to the desired market segment. The Treasury Relationship Manager will partner cross-functionally for new opportunity as client needs dictate. This is a sales/business development focused job. To be successful in this role, you must have business contacts in Southwest Florida.

Responsibilities

Developing a pipeline of prospects in the desired market segment.

Analyze account activity and balances for proposals.

Conducting pricing comparisons and drafting/presenting proposals.

Conducting product demonstrations and seminars.

Developing product descriptions, implementation guides, and provide training for colleagues and clients.

Leading discovery conversation with prospects and clients, seeking referral opportunities across departments.

Participating in community and professional activities to enhance the bank image and expand personal referral network.

Creating and executing a customer maintenance program Partnering cross-functionally with Relationship Managers in industries such construction, title companies, commercial clients, property management/ HOA’s and to identify opportunity in existing portfolio and client base.

Managing deposit and treasury pricing, key performance indicators, and trend analysis. Perform quarterly competitor analysis for treasury services.

Understanding the current industry’s product and technology landscape; brings innovative ideas to the team.

Managing overall relationship profitability and ensure profitable development and management of the portfolio assigned.

Support the end-to-end operations and delivery of Cash Management services through an acquired expertise in all functions performed by Treasury Management Services.

Comprehensive understanding and adherence of all Treasury Management documentation, policies, and procedures.

On-site client training, presentations and implementation support may require local travel to client’s location.

Performs various audit, maintenance, and transactional review functions to mitigate risk to the Bank associated with the Treasury Management products and services.

Perform annual reviews for all ACH customer credit facilities to ensure continued creditworthiness.

Perform annual reviews for all RDC clients and conduct site visits to confirm the location of the machine/scanner.

Managing the implementation process along with deposit operations. Obtain the required service agreements for requested product sets and account documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

5 years banking experience required.

5 to 10 years sales/business development experience in Southwest Florida

Demonstrated expertise in Treasury Services and Commercial Banking with a desire to take on a new segment.

Business acumen and understanding of business processes related to Treasury Management products and customers.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-changing environment

Candidate will have opportunity to acquire Certified Treasury Professional designation.

Strong knowledge of market and industry trends.

· Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.

· Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties

Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel & willingness to use CRM system and Jack Henry core technology.
