Senior Construction Manager

**Location:** Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite at client office)

About the Role:**

We seek a Senior Construction Manager to support a major telecom deployment program for a global network solutions provider. This role requires recent, hands-on experience in field construction and customer delivery, as well as strong skills in delegation and offshore coordination.

Key Responsibilities:**

Manage all civil construction activities across assigned projects, including vendor coordination, field supervision, and compliance.

Maintain responsibility for schedule performance, financial control, and adherence to construction standards.

Lead site audits, materials validation, and subcontractor performance management.

Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, offshore units, and the client's delivery organization.

Enforce safety and environmental compliance at all active construction sites.

Provide weekly updates on milestones, quality checks, and schedule variances.

Resolve on-site execution challenges through direct problem-solving and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications:**

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing telecom construction projects of significant scale (500+ sites).

Direct customer engagement in construction or delivery roles within the last 2–3 years.

Prior experience managing offshore vendor teams or global business units.

Strong communication, coordination, and issue escalation handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:**

Experience working with major carriers and OEM vendors.

Background in matrixed, multicultural engineering or deployment environments.

Certifications:**

OSHA 30

RF Awareness

CPR/First Aid

Ergonomics

Additional Details:**

Laptop and mobile connectivity (WiFi tethering) are required for field operations.

- The hybrid schedule includes 2 days onsite per week at the customer’s office in Alpharetta.

Travel between sites and on-site audits will be necessary, with all associated costs covered by the supplier according to program guidelines.
