About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people-centric People & Talent Coordinator to help us recruit great talent, support employee engagement, and manage core HR processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow in both recruiting and HR at a company that values culture and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

Plan and attend job fairs, recruiting events, and networking activities

Source and screen candidates for open positions across departments

Develop and manage a structured internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support

Help refine job descriptions and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals

Onboarding & Culture

Design and manage a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for all new hires

Partner with leadership to build and promote company culture through events, communications, and team initiatives

HR & People Operations

Administer and support employee benefits and wellness programs

Develop and managed a structured onboarding process for new hires

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with employment regulations

Support performance review cycles, learning initiatives, and employee feedback programs

Assist with employee relations and help foster an inclusive, positive workplace environment

Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on new projects or responsibilities as they arise.

Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or people operations (startup or fast-paced environment preferred)

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience with ATS and HRIS tools a plus
