Shaw Search Partners is proud to be the exclusive search partner for a leading global digital marketing agency in their search for a skilled and driven Senior Digital Project Manager.

The Senior Digital Project Manager works across multiple disciplines and client engagements including website design and development, digital and social media campaigns, digital partnership activations and promotions, CMS implementations, brand development, and content activation. This person assists in mentoring, training, reporting, and improving project management processes while handling strategic or complex projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborating and leading complex projects and integrated marketing campaigns.

Lead the creation of sitemaps & architecture for large-scale, enterprise-level websites.

Work with development teams to ensure the site architecture is compatible with the technical requirements and platform capabilities.

Oversee the Website Quality Assurance phase to identify bugs or usability issues and ensure timely fixes and conduct final quality checks before project launches to ensure all deliverables are ready for go-live.

Developing detailed project plans and statements of work, incorporating input from all stakeholder groups.

Leading client discussions on project plans to ensure expectations are aligned and required client inputs and due dates are clear.

Creating project schedules, resource plans and risk & change management plans, utilizing appropriate tools.

Effectively managing risks, escalating when appropriate and leading resolution actions

Participating in new business pitches and RFP requests as needed.

Designing and implementing new processes, workflows and best practices to streamline the work of the team and create efficiencies.

Requirements:

5-7 years project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency and/or enterprise-level sites.

Strong understanding of web development processes and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal).

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and responsive web design.

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).

Exceptional written and oral presentation skills

Excellent organization and time-management skills.

Preferred but not required:

Proficiency in Mac OS

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar ticketing system

Multi-Lingual
