Business Banker

A growing community bank with a strong presence in South Florida is seeking Business Bankers to join their team in the Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale markets. This role is ideal for bankers with experience in commercial real estate (CRE) lending who also have a passion for serving small business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Originate and manage a portfolio focused on Small Business and Commercial Real Estate.

Structure CRE financing solutions tailored to small business and middle-market clients

Cross-sell deposit, treasury, and cash management products

Proactively develop new client relationships through networking and market outreach

Monitor credit quality and ensure compliance with bank lending policies

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending and business banking

Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills for CRE transactions

Proven track record of business development and portfolio growth

Familiarity with the Boca Raton and/or Fort Lauderdale markets preferred

Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
